About Virtual Bedtime Yoga
An evening yoga flow to gently release the energy of the day, flow into a restful state, and sleep better.
We'll start by grounding in and restorative yoga to gentle open up key areas of the body and release tension. Then we'll move into some gentle (and optional, everything is always optional, only suggestions) grounded movements, interspersed and followed with rests in restorative yoga poses. Finally, we'll end in a final resting savasana, supported with props however you choose (ideas and options provided). Participants are encouraged to end the practice in bed, to avoid reactivation of the body and mind, and allow the seamless transition to sleep or continued rest and meditation.
